Do Not Call Policy

Humach is committed to respecting the privacy and preferences of individuals. To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related state and federal guidelines, we have implemented the following Do Not Call Policy for all sales representatives.
1. Purpose
This policy establishes guidelines for ensuring that individuals who request not to be contacted by Humach are not called for sales or marketing purposes.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and agents of Humach who engage in telephonic sales or marketing activities.
3. Key Principles
a. Internal Do Not Call List
- Humach maintains an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list containing the names and phone numbers of individuals who have requested not to be contacted.
- Once an individual’s phone number is added to the DNC list, the number will not be called for sales or marketing purposes.
b. Honoring Requests
- Any individual contacted by Humach may request to be added to the DNC list at any time.
- Sales representatives must immediately log and forward any DNC requests to the designated compliance officer at donotcall@humach.com.
- DNC requests will be processed within 30 days.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Sales representatives must not:
- Contact individuals who are listed on the DNC list or applicable registries.
- Use deceptive, abusive, or harassing tactics when making calls.
- Fail to inform individuals of their right to request not to be contacted.
5. Training and Compliance
- All sales representatives will receive regular training on DNC policies and applicable laws.
- Humach will conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.
6. Violations
Any violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
