Originally founded in February of 1988 as Advanced Data-Comm, Inc.

Opens new contact centers over the span of 10 years in and around Iowa.

Acquired

Purchased by Working Solutions Group and becomes WS Live.

2008
Expands

Expands to provide on-demand contact center technology as WSiNet.

Recognized

Named a Winning Workplace.

Evolves

Pairs humans with machines and changes name to Humach.

Celebrates

Starts 501(c)3 non-profit, Random Acts of Humach, with a 1:1:1 pledge.

Introduces the innovative CX technology incubator, Humach Labs, and begins operation in Mexico.
