I had technical issues while trying to place an order on the Website. After several failed attempts, I called customer service and was connected to a representative. The agent was extremely pleasant and polite from the get-go, and got right to work helping me resolve my issue, and ultimately placing my order. She knew exactly what to do, even though the system wasn’t registering my account and my order had not processed. Thanks to her, my order is now on its way and my daughter will be thrilled to get her new cheer backpack! Sadly, it’s no longer the norm to deal with a customer service representative who is kind, professional, efficient and takes pride in their work.
