As Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Josh will be joining Humach’s team of contact center veterans, technology innovators, and customer experience solutions experts who are changing the way executives view the contact center.

He applies his customer experience knowledge and expertise as a member of several industry boards including, most recently, The University of Houston’s CX Certificate Advisory Panel.
